Adam diagnosed the unfortunate issue with our furnace, Erick was at our home within an hour of that diagnosis, Chevy and his partner installed our furnace, Luis and his partner dropped off space heaters for us and the entire team has been insanely helpful and friendly. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and always take the time to listen and explain all of our questions and concerns. We trust their honesty and integrity. He made sure we understood what he was doing and took his time to make sure the issue was fixed. He even followed up after the service call to make sure our furnace was still working. Thorough and explained the process. For furnace maintenance

Seasonal inspection of furnace. Advised to replace capacitor determined to be in danger of failing. Showed photos of vents that need cleaned, but declined at this time due to cost (about $1400). Technician was professional and polite and seemed to be well competent. I recommend Handyside as they've been taking care of my HVAC system preventative maintenance for both heating and AC seasons.

Although numerous companies tout their ability to exceed the customers’ expectations, very few actually do so. But one of those companies that exceeds a customer’s expectations is Handyside. Whether it’s the “front desk” or the technicians responding to a service call, each makes the customer feel not only important but, as well, conveys their appreciation for having the opportunity to be of service. Our recent request for service entailed a perplexing aspect and making sure the service was performed promptly and correctly, the technician called two colleagues to help diagnose the problem. And, they did! The problem was resolved and in the process of doing so, Brian, Rick and Randy demonstrated their expertise in a professional and reassuring manner. The day was highlighted by outstanding work by outstanding individuals! Wanted to add an addendum....Experienced a furnace problem. Called Handyside. The ladies on the phone couldn't have been more helpful...especially since it was a pre-dawn call. The technician, Dalton Fissel, was superb. He carefully diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, we discussed it, he proceeded and all's well. This is the way these things are supposed to work out!!! Couldn't be more pleased with the team at Handyside. A ten rating for sure.

Another great experience with a highly qualified, professional tech, Vaughn. He showed details, pictures, and options for work now and the future. Knowledge and expertise too. I would highly recommend this to any homeowner. It helps to be on their plan.

Handyside did a great job installing our tankless water heater, water treatment station, and water pressure reducer. Excellent communication, smooth coordination, and top-notch service from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!
