Service was excellent. Jason knew exactly what I needed and provided options. Scheduling was easy, with online scheduling available. Greatly appreciated the cooperative method, allowing me to purchase faucet replacement to save money. Toilet works better than ever. Highly recommended for their approach, skill and thoughtfulness.

Thanks to Ethan, Austin, Brian, Ashley, Heather. My 29 year old boiler-water heater combo had not been serviced for many years was not working. A somewhat challenging project, diagnosis and project recommendations took 2 days for completion but very happy with results.

I ran into a heating issue last Saturday morning and need someone to fix it for me. Called Handyside and they sent Ethan Eckert to help rectify the problem. Ethan was courteous and respectful and let me know the issue and what was needed to correct the issue. Gave me the cost, which I approved and started the fixing process. Although there was a short hiccup along the way, he was able fix the problem and us up and running again. We chatted here and there. He was cordial and easy to chat with. He did a great job. Thanks Ethan.

Vaughn came to service my furnace. He explained everything he did in great detail. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Jim Salisbury our plumber, went above and beyond- not only did he repair the initial issue that he originally came for, but he also took the time to address other problems and make sure that everything was working properly. Christopher Taylor was great! He completed our HVAC routine maintenance. My appointment time window was 1-4pm, and he arrived right at 1pm. He was very thorough, polite, and knowledgable. He explained everything he examined and when a part needed replaced he explained why. Thank you Christopher!

Making the appointment was easy. The office staff is friendly, and keeps in touch before and after the job is completed. Jason, the technician , was here on time and did a very good job of checking and cleaning the furnace. He was very informative as well.

The gentlemen were professional and friendly, did a great job installing the new water softener system and cleaned up afterwards.

vaughn was dispached to my home for an emergency heating problem. He was very friendly, polite and proffessional. He took his time to check out the issues we were expericing. He tried every pissible solution to fix the problem, and explaind what he was doing in detail. We went over the best posible solution to keep our family safe. I had an emergency pipe burst once again you guys saved the day Dave showed up within an hour and did an excellent job. He gave me a few options and sealed it all up, we were back on line within 2 hours!! Thanks again Handyside for your professionalism and commitment to your customers

Everything about this experience was wonderful except for spending money. Lol. Dean was great and would definitely use them again.

Josh and Ben were great! They worked hard, were professional, and even did extra beyond what they were there to do. They walked me through how the new process works with my generator hookup and took the time to explain everything to me. Great guys, great work, and awesome service. Installed HVAC system today. We’ve been using this company since we moved here from California in July 2024. Today, Luis and Spencer were exceptional workers.
