Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided a service call and maintenance visit after the customer reported that when they ran the cooling, the outdoor unit would not operate. Upon inspection, we identified two fault codes at the indoor unit and four fault codes at the outdoor unit. It was determined that the system was low on refrigerant. We provided a quote to recharge the system and recommended performing a leak search at a later date. The customer approved the work, and 4 pounds 6 ounces of R 410A refrigerant were added to the outdoor unit to achieve 7 to 9 degrees of subcooling. After completing the repair, the system was tested in both cooling and heating modes to confirm proper operation.

Our team then installed the new Geo system, completed all necessary system connections, and ensured the equipment was properly set in place and operating as intended. Once the installation was complete, the sink was placed back in the powder room and reconnected to all piping and drainage.
