Job Completion Survey - Restoration

On time, job complete in minimal time, explained everything he did to my satisfaction. Job included hanging new ceiling fan/light combo.. A real professional and knowledgeable crew from start to finish!

John, our service technician, came to my mother’s home to install her new water heater. She said he was very nice & professional; did a great job with the installation making sure everything was working for her before he left. He even helped her replace her furnace filter on her HVAC system, which was unrelated to his scope of service. What I liked is the summary, including pictures of the installation, that was emailed to me so I could see the final product. So happy we chose Handyside! They are very thorough, knowledgeable & helpful with your residential subsystem issues!

Austin was here at the estimated time. We were scheduled to have our mini split systems cleaned. He explained the process and let me know approximately how much time it would take. He did a very thorough job, was very polite and professional. ( And he likes our dogs) :) We have used Handyside numerous times and have always been happy with their service. I highly recommend them!

AC checkup for the summer season.

GFI outlet installed in old farmhouse bathroom where no outlet existed at all. Not an easy task but Colton took his time on his first visit to look at all possible options for routing power from panel to second floor bath. We settled on a route and a price. Colton and Randy came back a week later, on time, did the work in a professional and efficient manner, cleaned up their mess and were on their way. Not a cheap date but I understood the obstacles involved and had other quotes already, so I knew the ballpark I was playing in. I would recommend.

Our tech, Sulayman, was prompt, courteous, and a good communicator. He explained what he was going to do each step of the way and completed the job in a timely fashion. Thanks for some great service today! We love Handyside!

A/C maintenance.... Great friendly professional service... Vaughan was very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond on a service call explaining everything.

I was having issues with flickering lights and one breaker didn’t work at all. Handyside was able to fit me in and sent Brian Unger to assess the issue. He was very professional and calming and was able to troubleshoot the problem. I will definitely contact Handyside for future electrical work.

We have a problem with water pressure in bathroom faucet, a difference plumbing service didnt know what the issue was( didnt care)and thanks to John we know the cause. Prompt service very professional and courteous. The cost was very reasonable. I will call again for any future needs. Thank you!

Dalton was fantastic! He was very professional, personable, and very skilled technically with HVAC. He answered any/all questions that I had, which was wonderful. Great customer service!
