Comment: Randy, and David out of etters, pa was the most amazing tech person we have ever had. I was patient, kind, respectful, listening ear, strong knowledge, and mostly willing to help in any way he could. I am so so pleased with his work ethic and his ability to share is best effort for my family. And he drove from Etters to Harrisburg, that alone says a lot. We won\'t go anywhere else. I had a cartridge replaced in the shower. I only had hot water. Dave Potts did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend. The price I paid includes an Advantage plan that comes with a lot of great benefits. The best part is they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The repair was made in about an hour.
