Alex was prompt, extremely friendly and was immediately on task with the furnace service. He explained to us what the service would entail, the time it would take, and he was spot on. He was considerate of our home and watchful at the door due to our dog. He had a great work ethic, and we would readily welcome him back for any Handyside HVAC service.

Jason Sheriff quickly diagnosed the problem with our heating system and did a very professional job of repairing it and getting back in the heat. I want to especially thank him and the office staff for addressing our problem expeditiously particularly as it is Christmas Eve.

Comment: I called several businesses for a fireplace install and the quotes were ridiculous. Handyside, by far, was the least expensive and they did a great job. Dalton installed our new fireplace unit and it works great. Ready for the winter. Thanks Dalton, appreciate it!
