Darrius was incredibly courteous and helpful. He clearly explained the installation process for my new garbage disposal (even over my loud barking dog lol). He arrived timely and installed the disposal quickly. When finished, he took time to explain how to keep the disposal running efficiently. I would definitely recommend Handyside, would gladly use them in the future for my plumbing needs, and would be lucky to have Darius assist! Thank you, Darrius and Handyside!

Brandon did a deep clean on my AC unit. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him as he is very kind and courteous.

Very pleased with Luis and Jacob and also Alex as the techs who installed a new HVAC system for us. Handyside provided a quick response from Jason initially to assess the issues and attempt replacement of parts. The tech lead for installation, Luis, was very professional and clearly knowledgeable with all aspects of the system, and all were polite and friendly. Luis was particularly patient when I had questions, (even after the long day of installation) to explain use of the new thermostat and app - thank you for that, Luis! Kudos to Chris from Sales, too.

Had leaking shower head repair by replacing faucet.

I was planning to upgrade toilets, but in the first month in my new home, one sprang a leak. I called Handyside on Thursday at 4:30 and they were able to send a plumber the next day! My appt window was 10-1, and the office called to let me know the plumber would arrive closer to 1 (a first in customer service for me). Ron had two top-of-the-line toilets delivered and replaced before my dinner guests arrived! Fantastic service.

We have used Handyside at our home, multiple times, for big and small projects. This service was for a mini split HVAC Carrier unit. First, Erick (sales associate) was fantastic to work with. He could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The dynamic duo of (Luis and Jacob) were assigned as our installation team. They were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions patiently, took the time to help us set up the Carrier app on our phones and reviewed all functions of the mini split unit. Team members like Erick, Luis and Jacob are why we continue to use Handyside as our Go-To plumbing and electric service.
