Devin and the team were awesome. Very transparent in investigating the problem and communicating costs of repair.

Austin and Sean are great technicians. They did an excellent job first diagnosing what the house needed and then installing a whole house dehumidifier with an air purifier. The machine is doing beyond what we anticipated. The house's air quality and comfort level, even in this extreme humidity, has never been better. We are thankful to have people with this level of expertise service our home.

Had old chandelier taken down and replaced with new one. The electrician, Nick, was efficient, professional, worked quickly, friendly and cleaned up area when finished. Jason was terrific. Like a dog with a bone, he stayed with the problem until he figured it out. He had returned to replace a couple of components in our air-conditioning unit and was just about to leave when he had a hunch about what might be causing the system to work only intermittently. Rather than shrugging it off, he ran another diagnostic and quickly discovered that a pump in our basement was causing the air conditioner to shut down. He found the problem, fixed it quickly, and even gave us his work cell number and told us to call him if we had any further trouble and he would come back. That kind of persistence, initiative, and customer service is increasingly hard to find. Jason clearly takes pride in his work and wasn’t satisfied until he knew our system was actually working properly. Quite the guy! We were very impressed and very happy with the service.
