The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because they needed a quote to replace their furnace and AC. They reached out because the current system is 20 years old, and they wanted pricing and recommendations for a replacement.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to provide a replacement quote and outlined a full system upgrade. We proposed installing an American Standard 97% gas furnace, a 3 ton 17 SEER2 air conditioner, matching coil, new thermostat, and an Aprilaire 2000 filter to improve comfort, efficiency, and overall system performance. The customer agreed to move forward with the project. We removed all units, installed the new system, and made sure everything worked properly.
