Ben was absolutely amazing!! This young man knows his stuff. He ran into a major issue while upgrading our electric panel. When he took the cover off the electrical box to turn off the power to the house, there was a loud pop and it smelled like something was burning!! Thank goodness he wasn’t hurt. What he found was everything shifted in the box and was not a safe situation. So his 7 hour work day turned into an 11 hour work day. He never complained and did a great job replacing the box outside and then upgrading our electric panel. After he was done he cleaned up everything. I swear it was cleaner after he left than it was when he started. lol. He even vacuumed the steps going up from the basement. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Handyside.

From the estimate - installation, everyone has been great! Alex & Peyton arrived at 7:30 AM to do my HVAC system install & didn't leave until 6:30 PM. My install posed some challenges to line-set lay-out b/c of how the original line-set had been installed when my home was built. But, Alex provided different options w/ pros & cons for both so I could chose the best for system running & aesthetic quality. The install manager even visited to ensure all options were explored. I appreciated them taking the time to explain each step of the install process as I was interested in learning how it all worked together. Being a Handyside member also provided some nice benefits! Some discounts & I invested in the Air Scrubber! My air feels & smells "clean" now. Very friendly, personable they were not only conscientious of the job they were doing - making sure it's done right - they made sure they cleaned up everything before departing. Everyone I have interacted with during this process has been friendly, understanding & up-front/professional. I know investing in a new HVAC system is intimidating - not only the cost, but also the assurance that you are getting the best system you can afford & installed by people who care that its working for you - but they have all provided me with a confidence that I went with both the right system & the right company. Honestly, it's the best investment I've made in my home in a long time.

Had an outside power line that runs into my electrical panel that the coating tore off and was letting water into my electrical panel. Called them in the morning and they came out within 4 hrs. Had it fixed and had several options and prices. Not only did he fix the power line he filled in some small holes around the area in my siding. I will be using them again.

Austin and his team were essential—our air conditioning stopped working right at the beginning of the recent heat wave in Middletown, PA. After assessing the situation they came back in two days and fixed the problem. And they were very helpful in explaining what we should do when checking the filter system.
