Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because their geothermal unit, installed in 1997, had reached the point where replacement was necessary. Based on the age, condition, and lower efficiency of the equipment, it was determined that replacement was the best option.

Solutions provided:

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical disconnected and removed the pedestal tower sink to allow access for the geothermal installation. Our team then installed the new Geo system, completed all necessary system connections, and ensured the equipment was properly set in place and operating as intended. Once the installation was complete, the sink was placed back in the powder room and reconnected to all piping and drainage.
