Promptly arrived and spent 3 hours fixing a leak. I died at least four times from estimates, and they brought me back every time.

I've never had bad service, I would prefer the invoice show parts and labor, but that doesn't affect the quality of service at all.

Highly recommended, they will explain in broad terms or detailed terms whatever you need and every technician that is ever been out to my house has been pleasant and a pleasure.

The plumber was great. He worked hard and got my little job which turned into larger one done in a reasonable amount of time. Very easy to deal with.

Couldn’t be happier ! I called Handyside to get an appointment for plumbing on my shower and technician John was able to come the next day. John called prior to his arrival to give his ETA. John was polite and friendly and he reviewed with me the cost prior to beginning work. John was able to stay and fix and install new shower head and tub faucet right there ! John’s work was clean and neat and took only a few hours.
I will definitely call Handyside if I need them in the future !!

Great experience with this company! We needed to upgrade our heating system to forced heat after years dealing with baseboard heat that was inefficient and our water heater needed upgraded as well. They were able to meet with us fairly quickly and we had an appointment set up the following week. The technicians were fantastic, they walked us through what they were doing, how long it would take and kept us updated with the progress as they went. We loved that we had options for the system we wanted and they did financing with was a major plus. We would recommend this company for any HVAC needs and would use them again if the need ever came up again.

handyside made it easy to schedule an appointment. i called Monday afternoon and got an appointment for the next morning. The repair person Devon was friendly, knowledgeable, and got my sink unplugged quickly. Additionally , no mess was left behind for me to deal with, after he left all i needed to do was put my stuff back in. . He provided good tips about maintenance and even answered a few questions about my dishwasher. Service was great. As far as price, it was well over what i expected but since i never required a plumber on short notice before, i have no idea of the going rate. it was worth it however to have my drain working. I am happy with Devon and the service he provided and wouldn't hesitate to call them again

This review will be quite lengthy because it is the only way I can do justice to this very positive review of the work completed by Handyside and its technicians. After 22 years I decided to replace my HVAC system. I spent a great deal of time researching HVAC companies to find one that offers quality work, exceptional service, and reasonable prices. After having no luck on my own my brother recommended Handyside to me. I requested an appointment online and Chris came out to my house within a few days to provide me with an estimate. Unlike other companies that came into my home and gave me an estimate without any support for their recommendations, Chris spent more than an hour and a half inspecting the system in place and sitting down with me to explain my options. To support his recommendations, he provided me with pictures of what I had in place. I made it clear to him that I did not want to hear technical jargon and he complied. Given his demeanor, his respect, and his knowledge, I agreed to contract with Handyside. And I could not be more pleased with the result. The team, Luis and Spencer, who installed the system are to be highly commended for their work. I was home during the installation and was very impressed with their work ethic. These gentlemen took only a 20-minute lunch break while they were here for almost 8 hours. At times I could hear Luis and Spencer conversing, and it was always about the installation. They were very supportive of one another and worked in unison. When possible, Luis and Spencer split up various aspects of the job. Luis worked on the interior and Spencer worked on the exterior. These gentlemen were very respectful of my home. At the end of the first day the area of the installation had been cleaned up. They also cleaned any small areas of the kitchen floor on which they might have walked. To be honest when they left it was cleaner than when they had arrived! Luis and Spencer came back a second half-day to install the humidifier I requested. Again, these gentlemen got right to work and had the job finished quite quickly. This is not to say they rushed the job. This is to say they worked quickly and efficiently as a team. Once all the components were installed Luis taught me how to use the thermostat in the home and the app on my phone. He and Spencer also reviewed the various parts of the physical system with which I might interact. On this second day they also had a trainee, Peyton, with them. Again, at times I could hear their conversations as Luis and Spencer were teaching Peyton the various parts of the job. When talking with me, these gentlemen displayed respect, kindness, and humor. As part of my install I received a 3-year membership of support and discounted work/parts. My system also is monitored by Handyside to catch anything that might arise before it becomes a possibly bigger issue.
I cannot speak highly enough of Handyside and Chris, Luis, Spencer, and Peyton. Each of these gentlemen is a credit to the business.
