We had Sulayman Senghorefrom Handyside at our house to do maintenance on our heating system . He was very professional and up front with us. He also did a great job on cleaning up after the job was finished. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Handyside office personnel were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend using their services.

My Furnace and my hot water heater went out during the snowstorm. They came out next day and replaced everything same day in four hours and we’re incredibly kind and walked me through the entire process. They went above and beyond in their service and I cannot recommend Vaughn in the company enough. Making sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the process and the way things were priced.

I had a pipe actively leaking over the weekend, that caused water to leak into two other rooms. I contacted Handyside Saturday morning and someone was out by 1:00 the same day. The pipe was fixed and I had running water back within an hour! The service was fantastic!

Steven did a super job especially noting unexpected debris leading to him further investigating and therefore discovering a part that failed deep within the unit. He carefully explained what happened and what would be done to ameliorate it, as well as the expected timeframe for obtaining the replacement part and getting rescheduled. And all the staff at Handyside over the years have always been personable and helpful.

Adam is great to work with. Came home to no heat and Handyside was able to make a trip out that night to problem solve and get my heat up and running. Adam took time to explain what he was checking and possible solutions dependent on results. Overall positive experience and quick response!
