My technician Adam was knowledgeable, explained things in detail, and personable! He has a sense of humor which I thoroughly enjoyed!! I will say Handyside is very expensive, as I had a very hefty service fee for a weekend call, as my furnace was not running properly and did not have heat. I had them install the furnace 3 years ago, which is why I called them. I hope they pay their technicians very well for how hard they work, especially taking time away from families on weekends for service calls. Thank You Adam for being amazing and wonderful at what you do!!

Alex called and let us know we were the very first appointment of the day! He arrived on time, wore his boot covers, and was very kind and professional. Appointment was for HVAC bi-annual service. Alex noted that the surge protector component on our mini split system wasn’t functioning and I decided to replace it to proctect our equipment. We had some Handyside “bucks” which kept the price for the part and service reasonable.

Jason was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job explaining our options and caulking the tub. It looks so amazing. It’s almost as if he took a master class in silicone and caulk placement. We will be in touch for future projects for sure.

Technician “Ed” arrived on time to perform semi-annual routine maintenance on our HVAC system. Although there was some slight confusion on the cost, Ed was courteous, patient and professional and explained everything in detail. We are very pleased with Ed and would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
