Peter did a great job with the clog in the bathroom He was very respectful of my house and cleaned up afterwards The price was expensive. Peter gave me tips to use to try and prevent another slow drain. Very kind and helpful.

Chad was prompt and professional, did a great job and left the work areas clean. We had two drain vents installed.

This review will be quite lengthy because it is the only way I can do justice to this very positive review of the work completed by Handyside and its technicians. After 22 years I decided to replace my HVAC system. I spent a great deal of time researching HVAC companies to find one that offers quality work, exceptional service, and reasonable prices. After having no luck on my own my brother recommended Handyside to me. I requested an appointment online and Chris came out to my house within a few days to provide me with an estimate. Unlike other companies that came into my home and gave me an estimate without any support for their recommendations, Chris spent more than an hour and a half inspecting the system in place and sitting down with me to explain my options. To support his recommendations, he provided me with pictures of what I had in place. I made it clear to him that I did not want to hear technical jargon and he complied. Given his demeanor, his respect, and his knowledge, I agreed to contract with Handyside. And I could not be more pleased with the result. The team, Luis and Spencer, who installed the system are to be highly commended for their work. I was home during the installation and was very impressed with their work ethic. These gentlemen took only a 20-minute lunch break while they were here for almost 8 hours. At times I could hear Luis and Spencer conversing, and it was always about the installation. They were very supportive of one another and worked in unison. When possible, Luis and Spencer split up various aspects of the job. Luis worked on the interior and Spencer worked on the exterior. These gentlemen were very respectful of my home. At the end of the first day the area of the installation had been cleaned up. They also cleaned any small areas of the kitchen floor on which they might have walked. To be honest when they left it was cleaner than when they had arrived! Luis and Spencer came back a second half-day to install the humidifier I requested. Again, these gentlemen got right to work and had the job finished quite quickly. This is not to say they rushed the job. This is to say they worked quickly and efficiently as a team. Once all the components were installed Luis taught me how to use the thermostat in the home and the app on my phone. He and Spencer also reviewed the various parts of the physical system with which I might interact. On this second day they also had a trainee, Peyton, with them. Again, at times I could hear their conversations as Luis and Spencer were teaching Peyton the various parts of the job. When talking with me, these gentlemen displayed respect, kindness, and humor. As part of my install I received a 3-year membership of support and discounted work/parts. My system also is monitored by Handyside to catch anything that might arise before it becomes a possibly bigger issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Handyside and Chris, Luis, Spencer, and Peyton. Each of these gentlemen is a credit to the business.

On Sunday 2/22/26, Jason came to our house in Dillsburg as our water in the shower would not turn off and the only way we could stop the water, was to turn the water off in the entire house. He diagnosed the problem as a bad cartridge. The new cartridge was installed and the problem fixed. Jason was probably the most personable and nicest repairman I have ever met. Great job Jason and thank you Handyside!!

They installed and wired my Ring Doorbell. Very nice people. Will definitely use them in the future.

Really appreciate the Handyside customer experience. They are always professionlal and kind. When I had the HVAC serviced for a warranty check, the technician that came was the same technician who installed the unit, Vaughn Leff. It was comforting to see a familiar face and good to see the tenure of employees with the company. He was very curtious and through. Thank you Vaughn!

Ben came to our house twice and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was both personable and knowledgable and did a great job!

This morning our power went out and our house generator would not start. I called at 7am and Randy and his assistant were here at 8 30. The office staff is always so cordial and helpful. Randy figured it out even though it was telling him it needed service in Spanish. When he is here he has to be welcomed by my 4 dogs and then tries to.work.while they assist. Randy is very knowledgeable about the company and promoted the company and how they could assist. We use Handyside for all of our work and are always so pleased with the service and quality of work!

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Craig Pugh and the team. They were very punctual at the promised arrival time . He explained the work being done in detail and they were very respectful. The work was completed in a timely manner. We are very well pleased as they went above and beyond with customer service and we will definitely be having them back for future work . Scheduled a service for Water pump replacement and was very well pleased. The technicians Dave Potts and Andrew Myers explained our options very clearly which made it easy to make the right decision. Handyside did an outstanding job in a prompt and clean manner. Replaced water softener and house filter, drained hot water tank, and fixed a leaky faucet. Would highly recommend these guys, they were plumbers, not salesmen 😄

Dave my plumber was great, prices were higher than expected but great service.

Peter was very efficient and diagnosed the issue with the disposal quickly. We had to wait an extra hour as the wrong disposal was delivered.

Handyside is our go to company for all HVAC and plumbing needs. They are quick to schedule, provide timely updates for arrival, and are upfront about pricing and repair times. We trusted them for the original install when we built our house and we trust them when we have normal wear and tear.

Brian at Handyside has been wonderful to deal with. We had a large electrical job and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend Brian and his crew if you have an electrical problem. I’m pretty sure Brian saved our house from burning down.
