Replaced toilet with water saving, 21 inch seat height new toilet. Very happy satisfied with the work of Jim Jones and Chad Miller. 10/6/25 l had my fall maintenance done by Vaughn Leff. He found some issues, explained what needed to be done and took care of all repairs needed. I am satisfied with the work and appreciated the photos that were taken to show me the problems. Vaughn was pleasant and handled himself in a professional manner.

Steven S. provided a full and informed inspection of our furnace. He advised us on all factors given the age of the system and helped us make an informed decision. Handyside has consistently provided high quality work while also having consideration for the customer's overall cost (versus competitors who at times have been sales pushy). I greatly appreciate all that Handyside does for us.

Had a ductless minisplit installed. Excellent work. I was kept advised throughout the entire job. Very informative and showed care in all actions. Very pleased with the work. Recently had situation with clogged toilet. Chad resolved the situation in short time. He was very informative and provide advice on how to prevent in the future. Update 10/5/25 today Devin cleared my main drain. This is the latest of several services Handyside has provided. I am so glad we signed on with them when we moved into this house. They have performed several services and provide inspections yearly on our A/C and furnace. We always get great people who provide thorough and compete analysis of whatever situation we present. We have several projects coming up and are really happy we have Handyside.

Brian installed a 240v outlet in my garage for an EV Charger. These guys are great, on time, professional, made quick work of it, and creamed everything up afterwards.

We have used Handyside for replacing hot water heaters, furnace, and electrical work. We had our well pump go out and Chad Miller was here promptly and helped us through the entire process. It is very upsetting when expensive repairs are needed, but if you have to do them it's nice to have a down to earth guy like Chad there to help.

We just had a new HVAC system installed by Handyside. Chris T. did an exceptional job providing us with information that we needed to determine the best system for us in a very relaxed, friendly manner without a high pressure sales pitch. We got a number of estimates prior to deciding to go with Handyside. As such, we felt that we received a fair price for an excellent system that would meet our specific needs. Handyside's installation of the system was efficient and stress-free from our perspective. Two technicians , Luis B. and Spencer B., arrived in the morning and by late afternoon the old system was removed and the new one from Handyside was quietly operating. Luis and Spencer were hardworking and extremely courteous. They left absolutely no mess in our home or in the yard. I highly recommend that you consider Handyside if you need a new HVAC system.
