The two Technicians were great

We use Handyside for all of our infrastructure needs. They do an excellent job. Recently Sulayman, HVAC technician, was here for our semi- annual HVAC maintenance. Sulayman has handled our system for several years. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention he provided feedback on my cold hardy banana trees growing near the heat pump. Handyside is prompt and keeps you advised of arrival time and any delays. Sulayman also texts / called regarding arrival time. Extremely pleased with the service.

John was great. Got right to it and was really efficient.

John did a great job with the repairs. He was very respectful of my house and cleaned up afterwards The price was expensive but never having to repair the toilet before I have nothing to compare today’s bill with.

Garrett from Handyside was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable in helping me with my electrical issues in my sub panel in the house.

We thought a pipe burst in our laundry room when water started spewing from the copper pipe about 6:30pm. We googled emergency service and found Handyside. Called, got a nice lady on the phone, and after taking all the info, within 15 minutes, a technician called and said he was on his way. Devin arrived and diagnosed that it wasn't a pipe that burst, one of the lines in our upstairs vanity disconnected and the water was actually coming from there. Devin changed the old lines, turned the water back on and it was fixed. Because of their professionalism, quick service and knowledge, we signed up for monthly maintenance plan. Devin was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. We will have him back for future work. The emergency pricing was very reasonable.

Jim, Alex and Drew were all great. Alex and Drew, the Techs, were really open to all my suggestions. I am very particular and they listened as I made my suggestions. We worked together to come up with solutions that I felt comfortable with. My HVAC system is not complete yet and I will use Handyside, Jim, Alex and Drew again. Once the weather is better and I can do some painting, I will be happy to send photos of the completed work. I’m sure my system was one of the more unique ones they have encountered.
