Jason was fantastic, he did the job quickly and professionally and was easy to work with. I felt the price was high. I know even high end toilets cost $300, so I felt that $1,100+ for the toilet and less than an hour of labor was steep.

We were hesitant to use just any plumber because it seems anymore that plumbers just slap a huge price tag on everything. Dave and his Handyside crew were friendly, patient, helpful and most of all professional. They did everything possible to help us keep the cost down while also making sure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. They kept a clean and professional job site all through very cold temperatures on New Year’s Eve. We were very pleased with their work, and the fact that they did not gouge us even though they very well could have considering the situation we were in. We won’t hesitate to call them with any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Technician called in advance, showed up on time and was easy to communicate with concerning what was needed to remedy problems with our overflow tank on top of the hot water heater. He completed the tasks efficiently. He listened to our concerns about the increase in prices and our frustration with being unable to get any general cost estimate of services needed prior to this billed visit since we already knew the overflow tank needed replaced.

Steve and the terrific professionals at Handyside did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing my boiler issue and now the house is warm and toasty once again!👍👍

Ben Novak came to our house this week. He was prompt, professional and took the time to troubleshoot everything before telling us, “here’s what you need.” He offered options with his solutions so that we didn’t feel pressured to do one thing or another. I strongly recommend Handyside and Ben Novak.

We had service today with Brian. He did a service on our generator and then took time to talk to us about other questions we had. He was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and offered us options and solutions without trying to oversell us on anything. We felt comfortable and confident in his ability and were extremely pleased with our first experience with Handyside. Additionally, the cost was 1/3 of what we've been charged by another well known area company. We are extremely pleased that we decided to go with Handyside and we'll continue to use the for all of our home needs in the future.

Randy provided excellent service in repairing my meter riser. Timely and friendly service and Handyside handled everything, from coordinating with MetEd to turn off the power to handling the inspection. Reasonably priced. I needed more work on my meter and Rick came out. Got everything up and working great at an extremely low price. Super friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. 10 stars!

Steven Senft performed the annual maintenance on my oil furnace on 12/31/2025. His work was exceptional and thorough. It was done very well and when completed I couldn’t tell that he had even been there. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Steven was friendly and interesting to talk with in addition to being very competent.

Today John came over and although it took a few hours to fix he was knowledgeable and did clean work. Hoping the faucet is fixed for good 🤞🏼 Edit: I got Brian today and he was wonderful. So polite and competent. He installed our remote for the ceiling fan so fast and clean. My only negative about this company is the prices are more than other places but their customer service is outstanding. I hope they appreciate Brian because he is definitely a huge asset to their company. Would give them a 10/10 if I could. They obviously care and every single employee I met or talked to were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of having Brandon fix our HVAC coil. They even checked to see if my HVAC was still under warranty. The only work I had to do was sign a paper. (They also have 12 months same as cash if it gets pricey!) I absolutely loved them and made sure to tip Brandon. EVERY question, no matter how small, was answered promptly and professionally. Will always be calling this company for all my needs. After Brandon left (the first time to diagnose the problem) I got a call from their office asking how everything was and then they sent me a $25 off coupon! We've been scammed and stolen from by another "handyman" when it was an emergency for our daughter to not sleep in 82 degrees. He also turned out to be a total creep as well who stalked and Googled me. We will NEVER call anyone else besides Handyside while we are living in their jurisdiction!
