Ben arrived at the scheduled time and was very pleasant. After listening to me give a detailed account of all my issues, he gave me an estimate and explained the plan and then went to work. He explained patiently what needs to be done for the next step. He left the area in the same condition as he found it. We also had a lot of laughs.

This is the 2nd big job I have had Handyside do for me (1st was a bathroom remodel) and they once again have done outstanding work. Their people are super knowledgeable and very respectful of your property and wishes and they legitimately are there to make you happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent job by Jason Sheriff who installed a HVAC condensation pump! He was very knowledgeable and was dedicated to doing quality work. He also made a suggestion to drain my dehumidifier into the pump so I don't have to worry about emptying it anymore. Very pleased with his service and that of the entire team, from the initial discussion of the problem and solution to the scheduling of the service.

Handyside fixed a leak in my well. They replaced the line from the pump to the house. I also had them replace the pressure pump. All work was done with quality.

Devin arrived within estimated time frame, giving me a heads up before arrival. He quickly assessed what the problem was and gave me a few options. He did a good job fixing my problem and cleaned up afterward. He also was insightful concerning a few possible future issues I might have that I asked him about.

Chad M came to my home to assess a sump pump issue. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of my sump pump challenge. He took the time to explain things to me in terms I could comprehend as he ran my pump through the diagnostic testing. In addition, Chad provided estimates on future options should it be needed. Handyside came out to replace my main line drain pipe. They did a great job drain works and price was actually lower than I expected cleaned everything up when they were done!

Austin was great, he helped us weigh our options and talked it through with us. Our HVAC system would only blow hot air whether it was on cool or heat.

Matt Lavelle did a great job. He was quick and professional. Was good with my dog who wasn't good with him, lol. He was composed and patient under confusing circumstances. Got the job done well.
