Alex is very knowledgeable, prompt and thoughtful. He performed work on our furnace this morning and helped me find coupons to adjust the price. The work Handyside does is always high quality and reasonable. I recommend signing up for an annual contract with them.

We used Handyside to perform duct cleaning on our house. Alex and Drew came out to do the work and were very professional and easy to work with. Both went out of their way to meet our needs including prioritizing certain rooms allowing us to safely move our cats around, as well as accommodating the obstacle of a large fish tank partially obscuring a return register. Our house was long overdue for duct cleaning, and though we were originally quoted 5-7 hours for the job, Alex and Drew were able to get the work done in around 3 hours - saving us a great deal of time and hassle. They even tackled a large deposit of construction material under a staircase where it appeared the builders stashed their scrap material many years ago. My only critique is that following the cleaning, an few areas were left with visible debris on the floor that I would have preferred was cleaned up, however I also know the mess they were dealing with in those areas such as buckets worth of discarded construction scrap mentioned above. All in all, while the price was a bit higher than we would have liked, the job needed to be done and Alex and Drew made the process a lot less chaotic than we were anticipating. If I need duct work cleaned in another property in the future I would consider Handyside and Alex and Drew’s professional work and pleasant demeanor contribute to that.

John did a great job. I really appreciate all the pre checkins via text and email. Having kitties, it gives us time to secure them before he got here. They send a picture of your technician. He wore the booties on his shoes. He checked to make sure the shut off handle he installed, worked. (Thank you). John worked with us on the price as I thought it was a bit much. Great service. Adam was great! Very personable and knowledgeable. Even though it was a pricey fix, he took care of us like family. I hope he is our technician for ALL our service calls!

Austin Wright came to my home in Carlisle right on time and helped me with two separate issues. He gave my AC a good check and it works perfectly both inside and outside the house. My next issue was more complicated because my fireplace was working off and on mostly with the pilot light not kicking in. Under the grate and logs there were so many wires and pipes. Austin was so helpful and l’m now planning on purchasing an electric fireplace. I’m convinced that will give me piece of mind. Thank you so very much Austin. John did a super job getting the proper parts and then an efficient installation.

Brian did a great job making the repairs we requested as well as sharing the benefits of membership with Handyside. Repairs were excellent and cleaned up after the work.
