Luis and Spencer were great today installing our new furnace. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in teaching us about our new system.

We have had a LOT of work done on our house over the last 28 years by Handyside. They are my go to for anything HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. I have never had a bad experience with any of the folks that have done work here. Below are just a few of those folks (I apologize to those that I didn't mention here - they have all been deserving of kudos for great work): 8/27/25 update: Vaughn Leff was here to do our AC Maintenance. He came on time, prepared ahead of the visit by researching our system history, performed the maintenance, and made recommendations and provided estimates for additional work to consider (duct cleaning). He was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. 6/23/2025 update: Randy Gilford was here to troubleshoot a mysterious noise coming from our electrical mast. The problem was rectified and it no longer sounds like someone is trying to break in in the middle of the night. Thanks! ZZzzzz.... 5/21/25 update: Ben Novak was here to do electrical work replacing two outside lights, installing a timer on the pool pump, and rewiring some outlets in our shed. It was beastly hot, but he did a stellar job and did so with a smile. 2/10/25 update: Matt Lavelle was here to fix our kitchen touch faucet, installing replacement parts in a very tight space. Great job! 10/30/24 update: Today we had Arielle Dickson here to do our fall furnace maintenance. She was on time, thorough, and let us know exactly how the system is functioning. 6/24/24 update: Brian Unger was here today to install a generator interlock and replace our main panel feeder from the meter, the base of the meter turned out to have frozen lugs, so he replaced that too. He tested the interlock and showed us what load the generator would hold. It was a miserably hot day and Brian kept his cool. Great Job! New update: Today we had Ron Meck out to replace an old toilet service valve to stop the howling sound it was making. At the same time, we had Mike Testa here to do some electrical repairs, get estimates on other work, and add a new outside outlet. These guys are professional, do excellent work, and leave the work space clean when they are finished. The appointment was next day (I called at the end of the day) and we were notified when they were on their way. Update: today we had Ron Meck out to swap a kitchen hot water dispenser that the manufacturer replaced under warranty. The appointment was next day, Ron called ahead to let us know exactly when to expect him, and he was done very quickly. Another fine experience with a quality team. Luis and Craig did a great job installing our new tankless water heater, removing our old tank water heater, installing a new toilet, replacing our kitchen hot water faucet, and replacing an outside hose faucet all in one day. Dan came out that night to check on the system and answer our questions. The job was done as specified and all of our questions were answered professionally. Adam came out the next day to perform our fall furnace maintenance and was very thorough. Two days later, we had Mike Huffman in to run a new electric line and outlet for the new water heater. The notifications from the office on scheduling let us know who was coming and when. Top notch job by a great team. I recommend this company regularly to my friends and neighbors.
