After the severe storms that went through Carlisle I thought we would have to wait along time to get help. A tractor trailer pulled down our power cable to our house. Randy came by right after we called and although he couldn’t fix it immediately he was there bright and early the next morning. He was very nice and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

This was our first time using Handyside. From the first call to them they were professional & friendly. Jason was on time. Our toilet was leaking from the base so we figured it was the wax seal. Unfortunately it was not but they returned to reset with new wax ring. And it still leaked after no one touching it. Jason indicated if it continues to leak it could be a hairline crack it still leaked after a thicker wax seal was added They sent a different technician and he tried leveling and a new seal. Within a few hours it was leaking. Dave gave us the estimate before he left so we would know the cost in case. We will be replacing the toilet. They did not charge for anything but the first call. We joined their maintenance program and look forward to continue with them in the future Great technicians. Office staff super friendly also.

Chevy Walters & Spencer Brandeburg came out on 30 June 2025 to install my new American Standard HVAC system! They installed the Silver 15 A/C compressor SEER2 15 and the S9V2-VS furnace 97% AFUE from 0740-1540. Also installed a condensate pump to the sewer drain. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable about the job and explained parts of the system after the install. The work area was cleaned up after completion and drop cloths were used throughout the house where they walked and brought out the old furnace components. Thanks for being considerate about my house! The new HVAC is much quieter than the 22 year old Luxaire system that was replaced which the builders installed. Both Chris and Spencer did a great job on a 90 degree day and are a big asset to Handyside! Thanks also to Chris Teter the salesman for his assistance and Jess from Billing in getting the install scheduled within 5 days of the purchase and having a heatwave!

We've used Handyside previously for quotes, work etc. They've always been great to deal with. This time was no exception, Jason our plumber came out to do an installation of a Moen automatic water shutoff valve. He was a pleasure to work with! He asked all the proper questions and did an incredible job! Thank you Jason and Handyside! We will continue to use your services.

Stephen was excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly, communicated regularly as to what was happening, and took care of the problem in good time. Very courteous and friendly, especially for a late evening weekend call. The office staff responded quickly and was very friendly.
