The service technician was excellent! All costs were told upfront, and they were no surprises. Service was completed in a timely manner, and I was extremely satisfied and will definitely use them for a much larger job coming up shortly.

11 out of 10!!! Service call with Jason Schwartz for a leaking toilet. He was absolutely terrific. Put his shoe covers on, tools on a mat and even put a few things in a neat pile outside the bathroom door to work. Problem was a little bigger than we thought but Jason explained what he needed to do and gave me options. He was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a professional. Great customer service and great outcome. THANK YOU, Jason. YOU saved the day!!

Alex, Spencer and "Wazi" were Outstanding!!! We agreed to a 5:00am start time, for their safety, during a brutal Heatwave, and they were So Grateful! The 3 men arrived every morning promptly at 5:00 and went right to work! They worked so well together, explained things thoroughly, were extremely professional as well as polite! They took meticulous care in spacing vents, placement of unit, wiring, Everything!!!! They kept our home very tidy throughout the process! And Jimmy was Awesome, too! He popped in twice over the 4 day project to oversee All of the work being done, made sure we were being well communicated with and our Overall Happiness... WE ARE HAPPY! Handyside customers for life!!!!!!! *** During our installation of a new HVAC system, our 13yr. old hot water caught fire 😳... Alex called on our behalf and the next morning, 8am, enter, Matt!!! A Master plumber for Handyside, and A Master, he is!!! After Matt took the time to explain our options, we choose a new hybrid hot water heater. Matt made a call, and a new hybrid system was brought to our property while Matt did all of the copper piping and hook-ups. We Love it, and it has also Eliminated the extra humidity in that space! GREAT JOB , MATT!!!!! (I was unable to give a second review for Matt and this separate project... I had to edit my previous review, because I had to give Matt a 5 Star review also!!!!!

Outstanding customer service on dual Hearing/AC Thermostat replacements.

I have used Handyside for the last 7 years, after buying a house with a lot of plumbing issues. After getting completely ripped off by a competitor, Handyside has consistently fixed my issues, rather inexpensively by comparison. Their technicians are friendly, helpful, and professional. I definitely recommend them. Update: recently bought a new house, still using Handyside after 13 years.

Handyside recently installed a 2.5 ton furnace and AC in my 1800 sq. ft. residence. Three good and professional techs, 8am to 3:30pm. Nice clean job. I had three quotes and Handyside was in the middle. I choose Handyside because the sales person Jake seemed honest and I liked him. I also researched the company and they have a good history. We recently used Handyside for an AC issue. We had to have the compressor replaced. We were able to be seen the same day we called, which was great. Ed was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and completed the work quickly. Overall we are happy with this experience with Handyside.

Replaced outdoor spigot and fixed leak at tub. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Employee was polite, pleasant and helpful. Previously used this company for larger projects including installation of heat pump and scrubber, and replacement of outdoor and indoor plumbing lines. Work is always top notch.
