Handyside’s Garrett was very professional and worked diligently to minimize the disruption to the house. We had our main electrical panel upgraded from an old 1960s era to a modern one and it was a positive experience. When the work was done they were very polite and respectful as they were going through the house double checking circuits and labeling the breakers. I really feel like the work they did will last for a very long time

Chad from Handyside installed a new gas water heater at our residence and we couldn’t be happier. Chad was timely, professional, clean, and friendly. The whole process and all of the staff have been a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using Handyside in the future.

After coming home from a long 12 hour shift at the hospital, my house was 80 degrees and my ac was running, but obviously not cooling the house. I called Handyside and the scheduling team was prompt to get me seen as soon as possible so I could get some sleep for my 12 hour shift again that coming night. Handyside was at my house in less than an hour after contacting them about my ac unit issues. Steven has been to our home before, remembered the layout and made the process of getting our ac unit up and running again as smooth as possible. He was prompt with diagnosing the issue, coming up with a plan and making recommendations to help keep our unit functioning at its highest capacity. Steven loved our pets which I am also grateful for. My husband even had an interview that day and Steven was wishing him luck and making kind remarks. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I cannot thank the handyside schedulers and Steven enough for how prompt they responded and how quickly they were able to service our home. I know they went above and beyond so I could get some sleep before my next shift. I greatly appreciate you guys!

This is a great company. They always come the day you call. Their technicians always give you the best quality of work. They never rush and take time to explain everything they are going to do prior to doing the work. They give you nothing but the best.

Acted very quickly to come and resolve my problems. Turned out to be something very simple. The plumber could have taken advantage of me and overpriced the job, but he was very honest and concerned about the costs to me. The charges were very reasonable. I made several calls to compare prices, and they were offering the best deals. Less expensive, excellent work, and very timely -- couldn’t ask for anything else. CALL THEM! _______________________________________________________________ I had another plumbing issue recently and called Handyside immediately. They fit me in quickly and were able to correct my issue just as fast. Devin was the plumber on duty and he did a very good job. He akso gave me great advice as to how to help prevent future issues. I am so glad I found this company. If I could give Devin 6 stars, I would!

Our technician, Devin, was great and went above and beyond to solve our problem. He was extremely professional and had outstanding customer service. We had a clogged kitchen sink and had originally called another plumbing company. The technician from the other company was unable to clear the drain, tried to sell me a total drain pipe replacement for over $2000, and left frustrated after we refused. That tech did still charge me the initial fee despite not being able to fix the problem. We then called Handyside, and we are so glad we did. We should have called them first to be honest. Devin came out the same day, and from initial contact, he showed an extreme commitment to solving the drain issue. He was able to clear the drain with an auger machine. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Handyside. So much so, that we purchased a service membership and will be calling them to eventually replace our A/C unit and hot water heater.
