Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to take a look and found there was definitely buildup and debris present that needed to be cleaned. We provided AC maintenance, replaced the filter, cleaned and flushed the condensate trap, checked electrical connections and components, checked refrigerant charge, checked the contactor, checked the capacitors, rinsed the indoor coil, and tested overall system operation to ensure everything was functioning properly.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided maintenance service on a gas furnace to keep the system operating safely and efficiently. Our team inspected and cleaned the coils, checked the blower motor, wiring, flame rod, flame, and burners, and confirmed the system was responding properly to the thermostat call for heat. The igniter was tested, found to be weak, and replaced with a new nitride ignitor upgrade kit after powering down the system and cleaning debris from the combustion area. A full system checkout was completed, and everything is working well, though the ductwork was noted to be dusty and could benefit from cleaning.
