Our team went out to assess the space, review the condition of the existing bathroom components, and we ultimately moved forward with the remodel to update the area with new fixtures that would improve both function and appearance.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided a detailed estimate with three solution options to address the leaking main floor toilet and the request for a new water heater. The approved work included repairing the leak at the toilet bolts to stop the constant leaking, and installing a 50-gallon electric water heater.
