When our team arrived, we evaluated the system and determined the 50 gallon natural gas power vent water heater needed to be replaced. We removed the old unit and installed a new 50 gallon natural gas power vent water heater along with a new expansion tank. We then tested the system for leaks and functionality to ensure everything was operating properly.

Our team went out to assess the space, review the condition of the existing bathroom components, and we ultimately moved forward with the remodel to update the area with new fixtures that would improve both function and appearance.
