• Comment: We used Handyside in January and we were very happy with their work, so when our HVAC unit stopped working we knew who to call 😉 Our unit was 25+ years old, and the house is almost 4,000 sq. feet, so it was a pretty big job. I called on Tuesday evening and Eric was here Wednesday morning to do a complete walkthrough and look at everything. He took his time and explained everything to me. He was very thorough and patient with my questions. My husband was out of town, and Eric was able to talk to my husband and answer his questions as well. (They gave us window units to use until the parts came in, which made a huge difference)! As soon as I met Spencer and Drew I relaxed and I knew it was going to be ok! Spencer walked us through everything he was going to do, answered a few questions and from that moment on they were hard at work! (and great with my 2 dogs 🐶). While they were here we mentioned a few other problems we were having with our water heater and some old plumbing. Instead of scheduling as separate issues, they worked it all together and fixed everything at once. John came out and took care of our plumbing, while Spencer and Drew were working their magic in the basement 😉 John was super nice. He ordered the parts and the next day he was ready to go! He did a great job with the plumbing. We were very happy with the work they did, and we will definitely use them again! (It’s an old house and will need a lot of work) From my first phone call until the end of the job EVERYONE I talked to was very professional, friendly and very easy to talk to! Thank you very much to the Owner Brian, Eric, Spencer, Drew, John and everyone else who helped along the way! *Our dogs say hi 👋🏼
