- Comment: Handyside installed Moen Flo emergency water shut off valve for us last year. This week, our water kept shutting off due and discovered our hot water tank was cracked! Handyside was able to remove the old unit, replace and set up the new unit all within a few hours of work! Dave, was extremely kind, explained what and why the crack may have occurred, went above and beyond to help with any coupons or discounts I had to apply to the cost of the new unit and cleaned up any mess that may have been made the best he could.
