• Comment: I had a drain pipe under the concrete slab in a basement apartment rust out. Another contractor gave me a price of nearly $10,000 to break up the concrete across entire width of the apartment, replace the pipe and put everything back together. Handyside was able to install a new drain line behind kitchen cabinets and run it out to the main at a 1/4 of the cost. I appreciated that.
