• Comment: Several days ago there was a big thunderstorm in my area and most of my home was without power. I called Handyside and they had an electrician at my home in just a short time. Tucker arrived to help me. He was very calming and personable and managed to assess my situation.
  
  Tucker went out of his way to get the necessary new switches and the process was completed efficiently. Tucker was so helpful to explain everything that was being done.
  
  I should have called Handyside in the first place since I'm already a loyal and repeat(and ALWAYS satisfied) customer. I just thought PPL would fix it but now I know. I enjoyed Tucker's helping me and he has such a pleasant and knowledgeable attitude. Tucker is a joy to work with and I'm forever grateful.
