• Comment: From the estimate - installation, everyone has been great! Alex & Peyton arrived at 7:30 AM to do my HVAC system install & didn't leave until 6:30 PM. My install posed some challenges to line-set lay-out b/c of how the original line-set had been installed when my home was built. But, Alex provided different options w/ pros & cons for both so I could chose the best for system running & aesthetic quality. The install manager even visited to ensure all options were explored. I appreciated them taking the time to explain each step of the install process as I was interested in learning how it all worked together. Being a Handyside member also provided some nice benefits! Some discounts & I invested in the Air Scrubber! My air feels & smells "clean" now. Very friendly, personable they were not only conscientious of the job they were doing - making sure it's done right - they made sure they cleaned up everything before departing. Everyone I have interacted with during this process has been friendly, understanding & up-front/professional. I know investing in a new HVAC system is intimidating - not only the cost, but also the assurance that you are getting the best system you can afford & installed by people who care that its working for you - but they have all provided me with a confidence that I went with both the right system & the right company. Honestly, it's the best investment I've made in my home in a long time.
