- Comment: John, our service technician, came to my mother’s home to install her new water heater. She said he was very nice & professional; did a great job with the installation making sure everything was working for her before he left. He even helped her replace her furnace filter on her HVAC system, which was unrelated to his scope of service. What I liked is the summary, including pictures of the installation, that was emailed to me so I could see the final product. So happy we chose Handyside! They are very thorough, knowledgeable & helpful with your residential subsystem issues!
