Vaughn was my service tech today for routine service / maintenance on my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything to me as he was working. He tested and cleaned everything and found a few parts that needed replaced. Everything he did and every recommendation he made was well-documented so that I was able to understand and approve the work with confidence. My experience with Handyside has been stellar, from the office team to the field techs. Everyone has been top notch!
