Seasonal inspection of furnace. Advised to replace capacitor determined to be in danger of failing. Showed photos of vents that need cleaned, but declined at this time due to cost (about $1400). Technician was professional and polite and seemed to be well competent. I recommend Handyside as they've been taking care of my HVAC system preventative maintenance for both heating and AC seasons.
