I ran into a heating issue last Saturday morning and need someone to fix it for me. Called Handyside and they sent Ethan Eckert to help rectify the problem. Ethan was courteous and respectful and let me know the issue and what was needed to correct the issue. Gave me the cost, which I approved and started the fixing process. Although there was a short hiccup along the way, he was able fix the problem and us up and running again. We chatted here and there. He was cordial and easy to chat with. He did a great job. Thanks Ethan.
