This morning our power went out and our house generator would not start. I called at 7am and Randy and his assistant were here at 8 30. The office staff is always so cordial and helpful. Randy figured it out even though it was telling him it needed service in Spanish. When he is here he has to be welcomed by my 4 dogs and then tries to.work.while they assist. Randy is very knowledgeable about the company and promoted the company and how they could assist. We use Handyside for all of our work and are always so pleased with the service and quality of work!
