Andrew was professional, respectful of our home by wearing booties inside, keeping debris cleaned up, and, with his knowledge and expertise, quickly diagnosed where the leak was and then made the necessary repairs. When we woke up to water running out of the ceiling, and that drywall ceiling bubbled and falling, we first called the plumbing company we used in the past. The response of “we can schedule you for an appointment in 2 weeks “, was not acceptable. We called Handyside and their response was, “we will get the first available technician out to you today before 4 pm. Andrew was there within a couple of hours.
