• Comment: Having a one hundred year old house can definitely turn up a few surprises for any homeowner! Thankfully we have found Handyside to be a trusted partner for us as we live in, maintain and in some cases (like most recently when our shower and sink started leaking through our ceiling!) repair!
  
  Every single thing they have ever done for us has been done right, done with the vision of what we want for the future of our own home, done on time and honestly and with (in my opinion) extremely reasonable prices.
  
  Some of the work we have had done (not all at one time thankfully for us; although, I am sure Handyside would have handled it as always promptly and professionally)
  
  Brand new osmosis water filter tap, new food waste disposal and under sink drain rework, new heat pump, regular maintenance and tips/tricks of HVAC through the Handyside membership (and discounts on other work through the membership) finally diagnosed correctly (after other plumbing companies could not) the issues with our third floor drain piping. Stabilized third floor drain pipes for us while we work toward the full fix. Replaced 2nd floor tub overflow and trap, reconnected to a very compex mess of 100 yrs of diy randomness from our old house, Half bath downstairs toilet and drain pipe stack replacement. Plus probably more I'm forgetting.
  
  Every single time exceptional service. Every. Single. Time!
  
  They are a commercial and residential company that combines the standards and professionalism of their commercial side with the empathy, personal touch, and willingness to work with you are the homeowner of the residential.
  
  Hopefully your hundred year old house doesn't have half the issues ours has had, but if it does, you will be happy to have Handyside!
