John did a great job. I really appreciate all the pre checkins via text and email. Having kitties, it gives us time to secure them before he got here. They send a picture of your technician. He wore the booties on his shoes. He checked to make sure the shut off handle he installed, worked. (Thank you). John worked with us on the price as I thought it was a bit much. Great service. Check their website for available coupons toward your work. Thank you John!
