- Comment: Craig Pugh, the technician installed a toilet in our home today! He was professional and thorough! He was also personable and polite! The only thing that I disagree with is if we are going to utilize a service, then I believe that the service charge for coming out to the residence should be wavered! Other companies wave that charge if you contract to have that work done. Why pay a service charge if you’re going to have the company do the work! I can see charging if the company came out, gave you an estimate and you did not have them do the work! Not understanding that philosophy!!!
