• Comment: Chevy Walters & Spencer Brandeburg came out on 30 June 2025 to install my new American Standard HVAC system! They installed the Silver 15 A/C compressor SEER2 15 and the S9V2-VS furnace 97% AFUE from 0740-1540. Also installed a condensate pump to the sewer drain. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable about the job and explained parts of the system after the install. The work area was cleaned up after completion and drop cloths were used throughout the house where they walked and brought out the old furnace components. Thanks for being considerate about my house! The new HVAC is much quieter than the 22 year old Luxaire system that was replaced which the builders installed. Both Chris and Spencer did a great job on a 90 degree day and are a big asset to Handyside! Thanks also to Chris Teter the salesman for his assistance and Jess from Billing in getting the install scheduled within 5 days of the purchase and having a heatwave!
