• Comment: This was our first time using Handyside. From the first call to them they were professional & friendly. Jason was on time. Our toilet was leaking from the base so we figured it was the wax seal. Unfortunately it was not but they returned to reset with new wax ring. And it still leaked after no one touching it. Jason indicated if it continues to leak it could be a hairline crack it still leaked after a thicker wax seal was added
  They sent a different technician and he tried leveling and a new seal. Within a few hours it was leaking. Dave gave us the estimate before he left so we would know the cost in case. We will be replacing the toilet. They did not charge for anything but the first call. We joined their maintenance program and look forward to continue with them in the future Great technicians. Office staff super friendly also.
