Service call with Jason Schwartz for a leaking toilet. He was absolutely terrific. Put his shoe covers on, tools on a mat and even put a few things in a neat pile outside the bathroom door to work. Problem was a little bigger than we thought but Jason explained what he needed to do and gave me options. He was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a professional. Great customer service and great outcome. THANK YOU, Jason. YOU saved the day!! -
