• Comment: After coming home from a long 12 hour shift at the hospital, my house was 80 degrees and my ac was running, but obviously not cooling the house. I called Handyside and the scheduling team was prompt to get me seen as soon as possible so I could get some sleep for my 12 hour shift again that coming night. Handyside was at my house in less than an hour after contacting them about my ac unit issues. Steven has been to our home before, remembered the layout and made the process of getting our ac unit up and running again as smooth as possible. He was prompt with diagnosing the issue, coming up with a plan and making recommendations to help keep our unit functioning at its highest capacity. Steven loved our pets which I am also grateful for. My husband even had an interview that day and Steven was wishing him luck and making kind remarks. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I cannot thank the handyside schedulers and Steven enough for how prompt they responded and how quickly they were able to service our home. I know they went above and beyond so I could get some sleep before my next shift. I greatly appreciate you guys!
