• Comment: Today Garrett from Handyside came to fix our porch light for us. I called last week for service and they were able to take me the next day, However, I was Only able to be home today. Scheduling was pretty easy and calling in the lady that helped was very friendly and knowledgeable. Garrett called and texted me to let me know he would be here in 40 minutes, I showed him the light and described the issues we had sent him to the Electric Panel and he assessed the issues fairly quickly. He came back and explained the assessment and gave me pricing options, which included a membership. He quickly got to work and finished up everything in less than 80 minutes from his arrival. He answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. He demonstrated that the issue was fixed because the lights were turned on, how to mitigate the situation And how to find the reset button outside. 100% I would recommend handy side and I would call them again if we have any issues. They also do HVAC and plumbing services so I know that we have a company that is full service. Lastly, I did have a coupon from Handyside that we received in the mail and he gladly accepted it!
