Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to replace the customer’s shower trim and valve. The old valve was removed, and the new valve was installed using the proper fittings. A remodeling escutcheon plate was installed to cover the area where the shower was cut. The new trim plate, handle, and tub spout were then installed to complete the update.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical came out to inspect the customer’s water heater after they reported having no hot water. After evaluating the condition of the unit, our technician reviewed replacement options with the homeowner. The customer chose to move forward with replacing the failed system. Our team then removed and properly disposed of the malfunctioning water heater and installed a new 40 gallon short gas water heater with a standard vent. Once the installation was complete, we filled and tested the system to confirm proper operation, checked all connections for leaks, verified venting and temperature settings, and reviewed the completed work with the homeowner to ensure safe and reliable hot water service going forward.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided multiple replacement options for the bathroom sink and faucet while keeping the existing vanity. The customer approved the Best option, which is to replace both the outdated, underperforming sink and the faucet, including installation of a new Moen Eva single handle faucet in oil rubbed bronze.
