During a routine maintenance visit for this Mechanicsburg, PA HAPPM Member, it was discoverd by our  Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical technician that their AC system needed a thorough cleaning. We advised the homeowner the best course of action would be to  remove built-up dirt and debris from the indoor and outdoor equipment to help keep the system operating properly.

Our technician completed a deep cleaning of the AC system, including the indoor blower wheel and outdoor condenser coil. The blower was removed and cleaned of built-up dirt and debris, while the condenser coil was cleaned from the inside out. After reassembling the system, we ran the AC to confirm proper operation. The system was cooling well at the end of the visit, with improved airflow and efficiency from the thorough cleaning.
