Our technician completed a full AC maintenance visit, replacing the filter, rinsing the coils, flushing the drain line, checking the drain pan, electrical components, refrigerant system, and overall operation. We found that the emergency drain pan lacked a safety switch and showed signs of previous water. We recommended adding a switch to help prevent water-related damage. The outdoor coil was also heavily clogged with dirt and debris, so the homeowner approved a thorough cleaning. After cleaning the coil, panels, and fan, we tested the system and confirmed the AC was operating properly.
