Our technician completed heat pump maintenance, including replacing the air filter, rinsing the coils, flushing the drain line, and inspecting the electrical components, ductwork, blower, and refrigerant system. Dirt and dust buildup was found on the blower motor, ductwork, and outdoor coil. We recommended cleaning the blower wheel and outdoor coil, professional duct cleaning, and an optional whole-home air purification system to improve airflow and indoor air quality. After maintenance, we tested the system and confirmed it was operating properly.
