Job completed for Hayden & Rachel B.

This Mechanicsburg, PA homeowner contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical for routine maintenance on their central AC and ductless mini-split system. The homeowner wanted to make sure both systems were clean, operating properly, and ready to keep the home comfortable.

Our technician serviced both cooling systems, replacing the central AC filter, rinsing the outdoor coil, and inspecting the electrical components, blower, ductwork, and drain system. We also cleaned and inspected the ductless mini-split, including its filters, coil, drain line, blower, and electrical components. Both systems were tested and operating properly at the time of service. We discussed indoor air quality options for future consideration, and the homeowner approved oil-fired water heater maintenance during a future heating visit.
