Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical because a tree had fallen on part of their house and caused them to lose power. The tree ripped the electrical service off the home, and PPL disconnected power. A private electrician was needed to reattach the service so PPL could safely restore power to the home.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical provided service for the customer after they contacted us regarding damage from a fallen tree that caused the home to lose power. When our team arrived, we helped remove the tree so we could access the work area. We moved forward with completing a 200 amp overhead service on the exterior of the house, including a brand new 200 amp service wire, 200 amp meter base, 200 amp disconnect, 200 amp breaker panel with all new breakers, whole home surge protection, and brand new bonding and grounding.
